Efficient Core collects necessary corporate identifiers (TIN, EIN, RC Number) and individual verification data (BVN, NIN) to comply with international KYC and AML regulations.

2. Data Encryption

All sensitive fields, including BVN/NIN, are encrypted at rest using HashiCorp Vault transit engines. Efficient Core does not store plaintext passwords; we utilize bcrypt with high work-factors.

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with verified clearinghouses, fractional tokenization nodes, and regulatory bodies when legally mandated.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

The Platform utilizes LocalStorage strictly for maintaining secure, short-lived JWT sessions. We do not employ tracking pixels or third-party ad networks on the authenticated dashboard.
